She's still going to be handling the case despite the PA Supreme Court's nudge.

Family Guy's Emmy Screeners Bring a Laugh

You know how Family Guy made a joke about the Kevin Spacey scandal way back in the day before it all came to light? And also Seth had made a joke about Harvey Weinstein's reputation a while ago as well? Welp, Family Guy is sending out DVDs to Emmy voters, basically to campaign for their vote. So their DVDs said "We predicted Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein. Open DVD to see who's next." And when you open it… it's a mirror. Ha. 

 

Tracy Morgan Takes Selfies with Fans at Gas Station

Tracy Morgan was spotted getting gas in NJ yesterday and people who spotted him said that he was super, super nice. His daughter was apparently in the back seat of the car asleep and when people noticed him, he took selfies with everyone. So sweet. 

 

Meek Mill's Judge Won't Recuse Herself

Meek Mill got released from prison after spending months behind bars. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overruled a judge's decision to keep Meek in prison. He was facing a 2-4 year sentence and he said he plans to use his platform to help other people in similar situations. And even though the supreme court suggested that Meek's judge recuse herself from the situation… she said it's not happening. He has another hearing in June. 

 

Kanye West Cuts Ties with Scooter Braun

Kanye West is no longer working with Scooter Braun, apparently because he told Scooter's team: either you work with me full-time and no one else, or we're done. So, they're done. Sources also claim that he's acting very erratically and is pushing out his inner circle of lawyers and friends. They claim that Kanye believes that what he's working on is the absolute most important thing, as if he's found a cure for cancer. 

 

Drew from the Chainsmokers Wins ASCAP Award

Drew from the Chainsmokers just picked up a Songwriter of the Year award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers - AKA, ASCAP. He appreciated the honor and said that he's in a state of panic writing every song, and he doesn't know if he's going to have a big song again. He said that somehow he and Alex - the other half of the Chainsmokers - always figure it out. 

 

Taylor Swift Back on Country Charts 

Taylor Swift is back on the country charts thanks to her "Babe" collaboration with Sugarland. It debuted at number 27 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart. It's her first country hit since 2013. 

 

Aly Raisman Praises Mom in Aerie Campaign

Very cool -- Aly Raisman and Yara Shahidi, who are models for Aerie, posed with their moms for the latest campaign. It's all about role models and Aly said that her mother's courage helped her formulate her fearless voice. 

 

Hank Azaria Chats Apu 

Hank Azaria, who plays Apu on the Simpsons, talked to Colbert last night about all of the controversy surrounding his character. A lot of south Asian people are upset in the way the character is portrayed. Hank said he thinks more south Asian writers should be in the Simpsons writing room to help decide which direction the character should go in, and he said he's perfectly happy to step aside to help transition Apu into something new.
