This week's Breast Cancer Badass Chick is Priscilla Westaway, a survivor and creator of the Believe Anything and Everything is Possible Foundation

Priscilla is battling Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and has seen first-hand how much a person struggles financially and emotionally while fighting this disease. She wanted to alleviate the burden that others face, and found a way to tie her love of art into it.

As a student at Northern Essex Community College studying art and photography for fun, she pulled together her resources and created an annual art gala showcasing photos, paintings, blown glass and sculptures from local artists. In the last two years, she has raised over $20,000 which she donated directly back to patients in local hospitals. Recipients receive gas cards, grocery cards and transportation. Priscilla has also given grants to doctors in the area to continue their research, too.

Her third annual art gala kicks off Thursday in Haverill. Click here if you want to learn more about her art gala!
