Pink is yet another star to speak out against Dr. Luke, who of course is the producer that Kesha has accused of sexual and emotional abuse. Pink said “I don’t know what happened, but I know that regardless of whether or not Dr. Luke did that, this is his karma and he earned it because he’s not a good person. I have told him that to his face and I do not work with him. He doesn’t do good business, he’s not a kind person, he doesn’t do the right thing when given ample opportunities to do so, and I don’t really feel that bad for him.”
Taylor Swift Pays Tribute to Tom Petty
Taylor Swift paid tribute to Tom Petty, crediting him for her wanting to learn to play guitar. She called his songwriting complex simplicity, with so much said in the lyrics but a hook that gets stuck in everyone’s head. She said he motivated thousands of guitarists to learn to play, just because they wanted to be able to play Free Fallin… and we should count her as one of those artists.
Stephen Colbert Raises $1M for Puerto Rico
Stephen Colbert started a viral movement last week when his guest Nick Kroll encouraged fellow stars to tweet pictures of themselves during their awkward phase, with the hashtags PuberMe and PuertoRicoRelief. Each celebrity post included a $1,000 donation to the cause. Colbert revealed last night they’ve raised $1M for the efforts.

Will Smith & Family Raising Money for Hurricane Relief
Will Smith, his wife Jada Pinkett, and their kids are putting 300 pieces of their wardrobe up for auction for a good cause. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management agencies and will focus on hurricane relief.
Lin Manuel Miranda Announces PR Relief Song
Lin Manuel Miranda, the award-winning creator of Hamilton, released a new song today to raise money for Puerto Rico relief. “Almost Like Praying” includes singers Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Camila Cabello, Gloria Estefan, Fat Joe, Luis Fonsi, John Leguizamo and Rita Moreno. It samples the West Side Story song Maria, and all proceeds will go towards the relief efforts.
