Hot and dangerous!

Billboard posted an article titled “A History of Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe Records on the Billboard Hot 100,” which details the company’s success on their Hot 100 chart. There’s an interesting takeaway from the article — the majority of the company’s success on the chart is owed to Kesha.

The most interesting fact is that Kemosabe Records only holds two Hot 100 number 1 tracks and *shocker* Kesha delivered both of them, “Tik Tok” and “We R Who We R.”

“The Kemosabe Records imprint has charted 22 entries on the Billboard Hot 100, with its first remaining its biggest: Kesha’s debut smash “TiK ToK,” which ruled the chart for nine weeks beginning Jan. 2, 2010. The imprint has earned one other Hot 100 No. 1s, also by Kesha: “We Are Who We R,” in November 2010.”

Aside from that, she also scored 10 of the company’s 13 Hot 100 Top 40 hits. She’s a Pop music force and her new music will most likely be out of this world…scratch that…galaxy.
